Parking for the party

Because there is only room for a few cars to park at the house, we would like to have everyone try and carpool if possible. Also additional parking is available across the street at St Micheal's Church. I have included a map below so everyone can see where to go.

More Party Details

I just wanted to remind everyone that this is a pool party. 

If you plan on enjoying the pool, make sure and bring swimwear, sunscreen, & a towel. 

We will have a lot of pool toys for the kids and floats for everyone to use.

I made a mistake and totally forgot the time on the invite :) It is posted on the RSVP page but I figured I'd post it here too. The party is at 1pm on Saturday the 9th of July.

All Sent!

All the invites are sent!! So hopefully I will be hearing from all of you soon. Here is the poem I wanted everyone to see:

More than just kisses so far we've shared
Our home has been made with love and care
Most things we need we’ve already got
Like a toaster and blender, pans and pots
A Wishing Well we thought would be great
(but only if you wish to participate)
A gift of money is placed in the well
Then make a wish … but do not tell
Once we’ve replaced the old with the new
We can look back and say it was thanks to you!!!

We figured since we have already been together for 3 years and have a house, we will just set up a Wishing Well at the party for anyone who would like to give cards or any monetary gifts for the honeymoon. Thanks!!

Mom and I got the cake ordered! I'm excited to see what its going to look like. I need to call up and see if they can give me a sketch before they actually make it. I'm sure it will be awesome. Should be tasty too!! So everything is slowly coming together. I still need to get Billy's ring and need my wedding band adjusted. Got two months left!!!

Invitations

I put more pictures on the site. I finally got the invitations and have them addressed. Just waiting on stamps. So the invitations will be coming out soon. As soon as I get them all out in the mail I will put up a few important posts for everyone. Still working on the honeymoon plans. We are thinking Savannah. Heard a bunch of great things about the town and neither of us have been there yet, so should be a great experience. It would be awesome to be able to get into one of the haunted rooms for a night or two just to see if we could experience anything. If not, there are so many more ghosts tours and other things to go do and see. Heard there is an amazing restaurant, think its called River Front Steakhouse. I'll have to look it up. But everything so far is going great. We got a new edition to our family. Last Saturday we got a little 6 week old kitten. He is so cute!! He is all black expect a few gray hairs on his tail and paws. Named him Token after the South Park character. I've tried to get pictures of him to post up, but every time I do, I can't tell he is in the picture, he is so dark. Billy had to buy an air purifier for me because my allergies reacted to Token, but so far so good. He is still so young we are still working on him sleeping all night. So far he has shown he is really smart. Looking forward to growing with him. Thats it for now. I will try to get the invites out soon.

More planning

Hi all!
A lot of planning has been made this week. I went and looked at cakes at a few places. I want to get a cake that tastes great and looks cool. So it won't be a traditional wedding cake. NO fondant!! I am ordering the wedding invitations this weekend, so they will hopefully be delivered soon and I will be able, on my days off, to address them and get them shipped out.
I haven't thought much of decorations for the party but I still have time to look and get an idea of what I want. Thanks to a lot of family members who said they would help with planning and other things.
We will keep you all posted on the planning.
